As of 12 a.m. on 20 October 2008, Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, failed to receive an invitation to the sitting of the Chairmen of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Factions with participation of Yu.V.Tymoshenko, Prime-Minister of Ukraine. The leaders of several parliamentary Factions also failed to receive such invitations
